About

You work directly with the people building it.

There is no account manager between you and the build, and nothing gets handed to a delivery partner once the contract is signed. The people who scope your desk are the people who wire it together.

Who we are

OneSecFlow was founded by Aidan Rhodes and builds backend automation for boutique recruitment agencies - the systems that sit behind a desk and finish the work an alert starts.

We chose this niche deliberately rather than drifting into it. Recruitment desks run the same operational chains over and over: the same weekly billing cycle on a contract book, the same pack assembly on every search, the same dates nobody is watching. Those are specific, repeating, expensive problems, and they are ones software can genuinely solve without going anywhere near the part of the job that requires judgement.

The constraint we work within is that nothing we build ever touches a candidate. No screening, no ranking, no automated rejections, no messaging. Partly because that is where the reputational risk sits in this industry, and partly because it is where the actual skill of recruiting lives. Automating it would be both the fastest way to lose a client and the least useful thing we could do for one.

What we will tell you on the call

That there are no published benchmarks for this market. No survey of extension conversion rates exists. Nobody publishes days-sales-outstanding for recruitment agencies, or admin time as a share of a recruiter's week. We went looking properly and it is not there - so if anyone quotes you an industry average for those, ask them for the source.

That your CRM is probably fine. Most of them do surface contracts ending, and some support date-triggered workflows. What none of them document is an automatic message before a contract end date, and none of them chase, escalate or reconcile. That is a narrower claim than the usual pitch, and it is one that survives a screen-share.

That if you already run a full back-office stack from a provider like Sonovate, you have bought a good part of what we would otherwise build, and we will say so rather than sell around it.

And that if we go through your week and conclude nothing on it is worth automating, that is what we will tell you. That outcome is rare but it is real, and it costs you a quarter of an hour rather than several thousand pounds.

What we have actually shipped

OneSecFlow is new and has no recruitment clients yet. We are not going to pretend otherwise or dress a pilot up as a case study. This is the engineering behind it.

  1. Outbound research and enrichment pipeline

Company lookup, director resolution, contact discovery and verification, chained into a single run rather than five manual steps.

  2. Operations dashboard, in production

Postgres, a Node API and a React front end on a VPS behind Caddy, kept alive with pm2. Live and in daily use.

  3. Scheduled workflow automations

Self-hosted n8n handling reminder sequences, document generation and delivery on a fixed cadence.

  4. Document generation with source tracing

The engine behind the candidate dossier build - multi-source input, structured output, every claim traceable.

  5. Third-party API integration work

Including the awkward half: services with gated access, undocumented behaviour, or no sandbox to test against.

  6. Self-hosted infrastructure

Everything above runs on infrastructure we administer, which is why data can stay somewhere you control.
